AG Real Estate has sold the Atrium building, located at 27 avenue des Louvresses, Gennevilliers (92 - FR) in the Carrée 92 office park.
This property, completed by AG Real Estate in December 2010 and offering 30,000 m² of THQE-certified office space, is the headquarters of the Chèque Déjeuner Group.
The Atrium building won a MIPIM Award in 2011 in the "Business Centres" categories.
Notaries office ALEXANDRE, DÉCHIN and DEVRIENDT assisted the seller. The transaction, in an amount of approximately €118 million, was carried out by CBRE's Estate Consultant and Capital Markets teams.
With this transaction AG Real Estate confirms the attractiveness of the Carré 92 office park, which also houses the headquarters of the Thales Communications & Security group on the 90,000 m² campus.
