AFI Europe leases office space to anti-cybercrime company (RO)

AFI Europe Romania has leased approximately 3,000m² of office space in AFI Park 4&5 to SecureWorks, a leading global provider of intelligence-driven information security solutions focused exclusively on protecting its clients from cyberattacks.

With 32,000m² of space, AFI Park 4&5 currently over 70% leased is occupied by multinational companies such as: Cameron, SII Romania, ORTEC Central & Eastern Europe, FotoNation a TESSERA company, VEEAM Software and the new addition, SecureWorks®, which has in its portfolio more than 4,300 clients across 59 countries.

 

AFI Park offers a 24/7/365 continuous support due to its advanced back-up solutions, which includes an electricity high voltage supply from two different sources. Some of the excellent technical features incorporated in AFI Park 4&5 include a floor plan of 3,000m², a sustainable design of the electricity and HVAC systems according to the tenants’ work station requirements, and an option for LED lighting in the office space. Together with smart technologies such as an option to program the HVAC to work by time and controlled by the BMS (building management system) in order to save energy, lightning sensors to shut down lights that are not being used, and watering the green areas from rain water, AFI has transformed the office project into a hub for IT&C and BPO multinational companies.
