The Affine Group has just sold a building in Marseille to UFFI REAM, on behalf of one of its "SCPI", pursuant to its strategy to streamline its office property portfolio. The "Grand Ecran" has total office space of 4,158 m², and is located at 11-13, avenue André Roussin in Marseille.
The deal was completed by Atisreal Investissement / Marseille, adviser to the seller and the acquirer.
The total deal amounted to 7.6 million excluding fees, in accordance with the appraisal value at the end of 2008. This deal will generate a significant capital gain for the company's financial statements for 2009.
