Affine has purchased a 21,000-m² logistic building, comprising 19,000 m² of warehousing and 2,800 m² of offices space, located on a piece of land of 6 ha in Leers, in the industrial zone of Eastern Roubaix.
Built in 1974, this building has undergone a thorough refurbishment by Concerto Développement, a subsidiary of Affine specialised in logistics buildings, aiming in particular at obtaining the 1510 and 2663 operating permits, improving the fire safety devices and renovating the look and surroundings of the building.
The main tenant is the company Stocktrans which works for major mail order sale companies under a lease with nine remaining years.
Based on prevailing conditions, the operation yields an 8% rate.
