Affine sold a logistic platform to Second Euro Industrial Challenge SAS, an investment fund managed by Heitman. The transaction was carried out for an amount of approximately €20 million.
Located in Herblay (Val d'Oise), this 28,000 m² platform comprises two buildings and is fully let to a subsidiary of Premium Logistics.
The purchaser was assisted by Collier C.L.S. Sogetex.
