Affine, Assurbail (CNP Group) and Unibail (lead-manager at 65%) have sold the Tolbiac Massena building to the Luxemburg funds Sireo, associated to SCPIs managed by Antin Vendome. The 11,000 m² office building, located ZAC Seine Rive Gauche, is fully let to BNP Paribas.
The sellers were assisted by the notary office Ginisty and François Thomé, lawyer (cabinet Paul Hastings). The transaction was carried out at an amount of approximately 81 million, tax excluded.
