Aedifica acquires central London care home for €18.14m (GB)

Aedifica acquired Rosewood House, a mid-market care home in central London, for €18.14m. The property accommodates up to 90 residents and meets high standards of care and comfort. It was built in 2000 and refurbished in 2019, including sustainability upgrades. Aedifica's acquisition includes the freehold ownership of the property.

 

The care home will be operated by Bondcare on a new irrevocable 30-year triple net lease. The initial rental yield is over 6.5%.
