Aedes has announced that it will adopt the International Accounting Standards IAS/IFRS in the the first half-year report as of 30 June 2005.
Aedes communicates that, pursuant to art. 82bis of Consob resolution 14990 of April 14, 2005, which amends Regolamento Emittenti nr. 11971/99, and pursuant to Italian Stock Exchange resolution nr. 5043 of 21 April 2005, will adopt the International Accounting Standards IAS/IFRS in the preparation of the first half year report as of 30 June 2005, approved by 30 September 2005, and so that intends to avail of the faculty of exemption from the issue of the second quarter report.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of August 4 is however confirmed while the financial statements of the first half-year report as of 30 June 2005 will be approved on 29 September 2005, as indicated in the corporate events calendar.
