Befimmo, a real estate investment trust (Sicafi) under Belgian law listed since 20 December 1995 on Euronext Brussels, announces the admission of its shares to trading on the Euronext Paris market from 23 September 2008. This admission is not accompanied by the issue of any new shares, nor by any offer of shares in France or any other country.
The Befimmo shares are being listed on Euronext Paris in the context of the company's geographical diversification strategy: With this move, Befimmo intends to establish a lasting position in France by investing in quality office buildings.
