Adina is celebrating its Swiss debut. The Australian operator and market leader in high-quality apartment hotels is to become part of the new “Quartier de L’Étang” development in Geneva with 140 apartments covering approximately 8,000m² and offering views of the Alps. The developer of the site measuring almost 11 hectares, which will comprise three accommodation operations as well as retail, office, student accommodation and other uses, is PG Promotors. The development is currently the largest private real estate investment in Switzerland. Opening of the Adina hotel is scheduled for the start of 2022.
