Adgar has signed lease agreements with Green Caffè Nero, the new tenant in both the Adgar Plaza office building and the newly purchased Adgar Wave. Green Caffè Nero will bring its unique welcoming touch to premises of 170 m² in Adgar Plaza, which will open in March. The 180 m² café in Adgar Wave will open at the beginning of February.
“We are very happy to announce that we will be opening Green Caffè Nero in Adgar Plaza and Adgar Wave. The lease agreements have already been signed and work on adapting the premises will start soon. One of our goals is to help our tenants with their work-life balance, which is why we are focused on modernizing our buildings and upgrading them to produce a friendly work environment, with opportunities to relax and meet friends. We are for this reason very pleased to have Green Caffè Nero on our premises, with its great interiors, excellent Italian coffee and freshly-prepared food served by friendly staff,” said Eyal Litwin, CEO of Adgar in Poland.
Green Caffè Nero is the brand created by Adam Ringer and Gerry Ford. Since the opening of the first café, the brand has remained true to their mission: to offer the best coffee experience in friendly, welcoming coffee shops. Green Caffè Nero cafés stand out not only for their unmistakable, perfectly balanced coffee blend but also for the design of their interiors, fresh food prepared on the premises from local produce and the dedicated team of baristas, all of whom are true coffee aficionados. The brand currently has 26 cafés in Warsaw, each one with its own individual style and independent vibe created by local artists and craftsmen.
“Green Caffè Nero is all about the experience; we combine an appreciation for high-quality specialty Italian coffee with a unique, laid-back ambience, good music and tasteful décor. We are very happy that we can bring that to the people working in Adgar Plaza and Adgar Wave,” said Adam Ringer, CEO of Green Caffè Nero.
