Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial space developer in Poland is expanding Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. Another 11,500 m² will be added to the existing building covering an area of 29,700 m². The first tenant of the newly developed space is a logistics company that is to lease 2,400 m².

The first building of Panattoni Park Wroclaw II will be built in three phases. Section 1a (20,000 m²) was built in 2009, while section 1b (9,700 m²) was finalized in Q4 2010. In March this year the construction of the final, 1c, section will be kicked off, of which 2,400 m² was leased to one of the leading logistics operators. In the future, a second building of 20,000 m² is planned for construction, thanks to which the whole complex will cover ca. 60,000m².

"I'm happy that apart from the successful BTS developments we are also able to expand the portfolio of our own parks and widen the speculation area," said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe's Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe.

Panattoni Park Wrocùaw II is the developer's second modern distribution center in Lower Silesia. Nowa Wieú, the site of the investment, is located 14 km from the center of Wroclaw and only 13 km from the international airport in Wroclaw, connecting the largest European capitals. The location of Panattoni Park Wroclaw II directly neighbors the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice node. This is where the most strategic roads of the region cross – the A4, E67 and A8, being the ring road of Wroclaw. The facility is to consist of two buildings covering an area of 60,000 m².
