ABN AMRO High Income Property Fund attracts more than EUR 127 mln

Dutch private investors subscribed over EUR 127 million to the new ABN AMRO High Income Property Fund. This makes the High Income Property Fund, which will be managed by ABN AMRO Asset Management, one of the largest investment fund introductions on the Dutch market during 2002.

The ABN AMRO High Income Property Fund offers a defensive, international portfolio of real estate shares with solid rental revenues and high dividends. This so-called indirect real estate investment offers greater flexibility than direct investments in offices, factories and houses.

The ABN AMRO High Income Property Fund will be managed by ABN AMRO Asset ManagementÂ's Global Property Group. The ABN AMRO High Income Property Fund will be quoted on Euronext Amsterdam as from May 27, 2002.
