Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to have concluded the sale of the Rue Montoyer 47 office building in Brussels on behalf of owner Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG.
GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH acquired the property based on a yield below 6 %.
The building offers 8,592 m² of modern office space, fully let to multiple tenants and was entirely redeveloped in 2006.
The highly visible corner building is located on Brussels’ best CBD street, within walking distance of the EU parliament and the famous ‘Luxembourg Place’.
BNP Paribas Investment Management was responsible for the asset management of the property.
Jones Lang LaSalle conducted a competitive bid process that resulted in the successful disposal.
