Developer 7R has signed an agreement for a BTS warehouse facility for Hultafors Group – a leading Swedish company that provides a number of premium brands, such as Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools and Solid Gear, to professional craftsmen all over the world. The project, located in Goleniow (North-Western Poland), will be the country’s first A-class automated warehouse which uses the AutoStore system. The 30,000m² building will receive a BREEAM “Very Good” certificate. It is planned to be commissioned for use by February 2021.
"The A-class BTS development, equipped with the AutoStore system for the Hultafors Group, will be constructed according to our eco 7R Green concept. This approach primarily focuses on maximizing energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and sockets for charging electric cars," said Karol Gornicki, BTS Leasing Manager at 7R.

The location in Goleniów is an excellent choice for the distribution of our portfolio of brands to customers all over Europe," said Nicklas Axell, Group Logistics Director at Hultafors Group.
