A new-generation retail facility, the MAXX Retail Park, is to be built in the Lahdesjärvi district of Tampere, Finland. MAXX will provide a whole new business environment for companies providing products and services for home decoration and building as well as for leisure. The planning and marketing of the center is the responsibility of Retail Park Oy, the joint marketing company of Citycon and Skanska.
