56,000 m² for Leroy Merlin at Panattoni Park Strykow (PL)

Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space market, announces that it has renewed a lease contract at Panattoni Park Stryków. A current customer, Leroy Merlin, is staying on more than 56,000 m² of modern warehouse space.

Panattoni Europe extended a lease agreement at Panattoni Park Stryków. Leroy Merlin - the leading global construction materials distributor, is the park's tenant since 2008 and occupies building C of the total space of 56,000 m². The warehouse space in Strykow serves the French hypermarket chain as a cross-dock platform and a central hub, which supplies Leroy Merlin stores in whole of Poland.

Panattoni Park Stryków is one of Panattoni's four modern distribution complexes in Central Poland. The investment lies some 15 km from the Ùódê city center, right next to the A2 motorway junction in Stryków and in the vicinity of national routes no 14 (Warsaw - Lodz) and 71 (Zgierz - Strykow). Panattoni Park Stryków consists of three buildings totaling 107,100 m² and offers modern warehouse space providing an excellent base for logistics operators and sales companies.

Stryków is one of the most advantageous locations in Poland due to the proximity of Lodz, location in Central Poland and vicinity of major traffic routes. Panattoni Park Stryków is a modern distribution center, located right next to the A2 motorway junction in Stryków, which ensures excellent road connections to the rest of the country.
