The short list for the ninth edition of CEE Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA), the most prestigious commercial real estate industry awards promoting the emerging Europe's region to the international investment arena, granted annually in association with the Financial Times, was announced at a special event at MIPIM 2012 in Cannes.

Richard Hallward, Managing Director of Imagine Live Media, owner and organizer of CEEQA and Monika Richardson, Polish TV presenter were joined at stage by co-hosting partners of the event Hadley Dean, Managing Partner Eastern Europe for Colliers International and John Duckworth, Managing Director Central & South Eastern Europe for Jones Lang LaSalle to announce the CEEQA 2012 Industry Awards short list.
In the first round of judging 190 entries were short listed from 380 submissions representing business performance and achievement across 18 countries in emerging Europe. The selected projects will compete over a total of 23 awards for business achievement in 2011 including real estate projects, companies, industry professionals and green building leadership. The awards will be presented at the annual CEEQA Gala & Industry Awards at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel on April 17, 2012.
The short list for CEEQA 2012 Industry Awards (www.ceeqa.com/shortlist) was announced for the first time during a special event on the opening night of MIPIM in Cannes on March 6, 2012 held at the JW Marriott hotel. The cocktail, co-hosted by CEEQA Elite Partners Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, was attended by 250 invited guests representing important companies and investors interested in the emerging Europe's commercial real estate market. Details of CEEQA 2012 Industry Awards as well as the full itinerary for the RealGreen Business Leadership Symposium & Fair preceding the CEEQA Gala were announced during the event.
