€18.5 million Rembrandt portfolios to be managed by Horizon Investment Management (NL)

AEW and Akron have awarded the asset management of the Rembrandt portfolios in the Netherlands to Horizon Investment Management.

The portfolios include 19 office, industrial and retail assets totalling 148,000 m² with a target annual revenue of €18.5 million and will be managed by Horizon's local team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The major assets in the portfolios include - a 23,000-m² office building in Rijswijk located next to the 'In de Bogarard' shopping center; a 10,000-m² office building at Sloterdijk, adjacent to the railway station; a 27,000-m² logistics center at Schiphol Airport and a 25,000-m² hotel, office and retail center at Nieuwegein, south of Utrecht.
