Immobiliare Fiera di Vicenza, supported by Sviluppo Sistema Fiera and Studio Legale Giustiniani as advisor, has announced that on Friday 8 September, 2007 it has collected the envelops containing the offers for taking part to the competitive tender for the redevelopment and extention of the Vicenza exhibition center in Vicenza, Italy. The projects involves a total area of 112.000 m² for 40.000 m² of net exhibition floor. The total investment is €67 million.
Thirteen groups put themselves forward as candidates for a total of 40 companies involved in the competitive tender. Planning firms, able to express different competencies representing different countries such as Portugal, Germany and the UK, are to be added to this number.
In February 2008 the winner project will be announced.
