Panattoni Europe, one of the leading industrial space developers in Poland, has announced a new build-to-suit project for the Nagel-Group.

The total space of the building will amount to 11,165 m², from which 10,165 m² will be dedicated to a modern warehouse facility, and the remaining 1,000 m² for offices and social areas. The BTS project is the first building at Panattoni Park Gliwice I, which after full build-out will comprise two facilities.
Panattoni Park Gliwice I is one out of six Panattoni projects in Upper Silesia. The first building within the park is a build-to-suit (BTS) project dedicated to the Nagel-Group a leading European logistics company specializing in the storage and distribution of food articles.
Due to the industry specifics of Nagel-Group, the facility will be adapted to the needs of the FMCG market the total storage area will have temperature control systems. Additionally, a non-standard height of the warehouse building of 11.5 meters will be applied. Construction commenced in spring this year, and completion is planned for January 2012.
"Due to the dynamic growth of Nagel-Group in Poland the investment in a new distribution center in Upper Silesia became a necessity for us.

Panattoni Park Gliwice I is situated some 8 km from the center of Gliwice, in the vicinity of the Gliwice-Soúnica junction, linking the motorways A1 and A4; in the north-western part of Upper Silesia which enjoys growing interest from the business community due to the ongoing road investments.
