Panattoni Park Czeladz is a modern manufacturing and distribution center in the heart of the Silesian conurbation.

The investment will consist of industrial space (8,100 m²) as well as office and staff facilities (2,600 m²), and will house production and assembly lines moved from the Group's other plants.

"Johnson Electric was looking for a reliable partner, who would be able to build a manufacturing facility of this kind within a set timeframe, i.e. by the end of the first quarter of 2013. Our customer made it clear that the potential location had to be near the existing factory in Dàbrowa Górnicza," says Wojciech Zon, Senior Consultant in the industrial and warehouse space department, Jones Lang LaSalle.

"The reason for this was to enable as many employees as possible to move to the new location. From this point of view, it was also important that the planned factory should have good transport connections with the city. We chose Panattoni Park Czeladê, because in our opinion it perfectly matched the expectations of Johnson Electric."

Panattoni Park Czeladz is a modern manufacturing and distribution center in the heart of the Silesian conurbation, which at present contains two facilities with a total space of 36,000 m². In the course of the expansion, the third and final building will be erected.

As a result, at full build-out Panattoni Park Czeladz will offer a total of 46,700 m² of modern industrial space. The park lies to the east of Czeladz, directly upon the national road no 86 from Warsaw to Cieszyn, near the junction with road no 88 from Bytom to Olkusz. The complex is situated in the vicinity of the junction linking the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway. It is as little as 30 km from Pyrzowice Airport.

The Upper Silesian region is one of the key strategic logistics centers in Poland and the CEE region. It is known for its good infrastructure, excellently connected with the pan-European transportation network, as well as a vast consumer market and a qualified labor pool.

Panattoni Europe has as many as five modern warehouse parks in Upper Silesia: in Bielsko-Biala, Czeladz, Myslowice and two logistics and warehousing centers in Gliwice which, when the ongoing and planned investments are completed, will offer 512,660 m² of modern warehouse space.
