A new housing estate with approximately 1,500 homes is to be built between ul. Wita Stwosza and ul. Rakowicka in Kraków. There are 2 investors for the project: Euro-Projekt and Bosacka Development Partners.
The first investor's project is designed by Artur Jasiński, and the second by Romuald Loegler. The highest blocks will have 13 storeys. The city authorities have given their approval for the project, but the investors are still waiting for permission from the conservator.
