MEAG invests in Amsterdam office building  (NL)

MEAG has acquired the "Strawinskyhuis" office building at Prinses Irenestraat 39-43 in Amsterdam's business district, the South Axis, from Egeria & Flow Real Estate. The multi-tenant property will be fully redeveloped, designed by ZZDP Architecten, and is expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2023 by main contractor Du Prie Bouw- en Ontwikkeling"Strawinskyhuis" comprises a gross floor area of circa 9,135m² of office space and 67 parking spaces. The main tenant is the law firm DLA PiperIt is planned to certify "Strawinskyhuis" according to BREEAM Outstanding "in use". In addition, the property will meet the following ESG criteria: EU Taxonomy Compliant, Paris Proof and is aiming for WELL Platinum.

 

“Strawinskyhuis” is located in the heart of the South Axis, next to the World Trade Center Amsterdam and the Amsterdam Zuid multimodal transport hub. It is on the border between the business district of the South Axis and the residential district 'Oud-Zuid'.
