Zebra Tower, an office building located at Rondo Jazdy Polskiej in Warsaw will be the first office project in Warsaw to obtain a LEED certificate (The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Jones Lang LaSalle, international real estate advisors, have been chosen to provide the investors - S+B Gruppe - with certification and management advice in securing LEED certificate for Zebra Tower.

This will be first in Warsaw - and most likely the first in Poland office development certified within LEED system.
