Züblin Immobilien Holding AG today announced that it had concluded the sale of its 12,500 m² fully-let commercial property in Rümlang, Switzerland. The sales price of CHF 23.5 million (approx. €15.5 million) was slightly above its IFRS fair value as of September 30, 2009.
The sale of this property is consistent with the Company's strategy to concentrate its investment holdings on energy efficient office properties in a few selected cities in Switzerland, France and Germany.
