Złote Tarasy has been awarded the 'Best of Show' and 'Best Large Retail development Scheme' at the Plaza Retail Future Projects Awards Gala held at Cannes on November 16th during the MAPIC convention.
The 225,000 m² mixed-use development in the heart of Warsaw was designed by American architects the Jerde Partnership for Dutch developers ING Real Estate. The project is scheduled for completion in Autumn 2006. More than 75% of the retail space in Złote Tarasy has already been pre-leased.
