Developer White Stone Development and Asset Manager MF Capital have obtained construction and long-term financing of around €35 million for their office development scheme situated in Mokotów, Warsaw. The loan was granted by Bank Pekao. Chajec, Don-Siemion & Żyto Law Firm advised in the process of obtaining the financing.
The seven-story office development, which is designed by Architects of Kuryłowicz & Associates, is already under construction and located at Konstruktorska Street in Mokotów. When completed in August 2015, the modern class-A office complex will offer around 23,000 m² of GLA. General constructor of the project is SPS Construction.
Already before start of construction the entire space has been let to one of Poland’s leading mobile operators Plus on a long-term rental contract confirms Jan Schwarz, managing director of MF Capital.
