Dutch based White Estate Investments has announced that Jan Schwarz will be appointed as Managing Director for White Estate in Central and Eastern Europe as of August 1st this year where he will join and lead the team in Warsaw. Henk de Wit, one of the founders of White Estate, will then withdraw from the management board and focus and the strategic development of White Estate.
Mr. Schwarz brings with him an exceptional track record across real estate and more than 15 years investment and asset management experience both in Europe as well as Central and Eastern Europe. He has proven leadership experience in high growth organizations and most recently served as Managing Director of Raiffeisen Immobilien in Austria, where he successfully led the company's growth and expansion. Prior to that he was Director for DB Real Estate in Germany. Amongst his priorities, Mr. Schwarz will be responsible for White Estate's overall business strategy in Central and Eastern Europe and further growth of activities in this region.
