Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank finances Lubicz Office Building in Cracow, Poland (PL/DE)

The Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG (WIB) will finance the Lubicz Office Building in Cracow as agent and arranger to the tune of €27.25 million. This marks the first financing the Bank has undertaken outside of the Warsaw office market.

The well-known Class A building was constructed in the year 2000 and is located in the Srodmiescie district in Cracow city center. It has a total floor space of 15,500 m², of which 12,000 m² is office space. In addition, the building also has conference and restaurant facilities. The main tenants are business consultants Capgemini Polska and International Paper.

The office building belongs to a Polish property company, which has 100% ownership of the Polonia Property Fund investment fund.

The WIB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WestLB AG and Center of Competence for all real estate financing and transactions in the WestLB Group. In addition to its offices in Mainz (headquarters) and Münster, it is represented nationally in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Mannheim and internationally through a subsidiary in London and further representation in Madrid, New York, Paris and Warsaw.
