WDP, a closed-end real estate company and a European player in the development and lease of logistic and semi-industrial real estate, has recently purchased a distribution center in Barneveld from Pon Real Estate.
The seller is currently working on a complete renovation and new construction on the location, which is to be completed by June of 2013. The existing warehousing surface of 21,000 m² will be expanded by means of new construction covering 8,500 m² warehousing and office premises.
The 3,250 m² existing offices will also be completely renovated.
A Pon subsidiary will be the tenant of the site covering more than 30,000 m², for a fixed period of 15 years.
