Warimpex intends to develop a 20,000-m² shopping center with an adjacent 5,000-m² hotel in Bialystok, Poland. Currently the firm is at the stage of buying the land for the investment for which they now have 18 of the 20 plots needed.
Warimpex is also looking for a partner for this project, which it has already obtained the site development conditions for and will be applying for the building permit in November or December. Construction work is likely to begin March next year, with the whole complex expected to be ready at the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009.
