VastNed Offices/Industrial has signed a long-term lease with Lloyd's Register EMEA for its Park Office property located at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 43A in Rotterdam.
The lease comprises 4,321 m² and 82 parking spaces. The leased office space is located on the third, fourth and fifth floor. Facilities, including a restaurant, will be located on the ground floor. The lease has been concluded at market terms. The tenant was advised by Desenco Real Estate Management in Zoetermeer.
