Swedish state-owned property development company Vasallen, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold a 11,789 m² retail property in Trossvägen 8-20, Falun, Sweden to private investor NP3 Fastigheter AB.
Current tenants in the Majoren 1 property include well-known Swedish retailers Jysk, Rusta and ÖoB.
Johan Bernström, Investment Director at Savills Sweden, says: "This sale shows the diversity of Sweden's retail market with investors interested in retail assets both in the regions and city centers."
