The tenants are Chris Russell Associates Nederland B.V., a printing company; Polyfarma B.V., a wholesale medical supplier; and Effektief Groep B.V., a cleaning company.
Located to the south of Groningen next to the A7 and A28 motorways, the 43,422-m² building has extremely good transport links with the rest of the Netherlands and the ports in northern Germany.
