Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has signed three leases on a total of 7,666 m² of office and industrial space at Groothandelscentrum, Groningen in the Netherlands. The lettings have a combined annual rental value of 291,000.
Located to the south of Groningen next to the A7 and A28 motorways, the 43,422-m² building has extremely good transport links with the rest of the Netherlands and the ports in northern Germany.
Mark McLaughlin, Valad's Head of Benelux, commented: "We are pleased to have secured these leases in quick succession. As well as its excellent location, Groothandelscentrum, Groningen benefits from being an extremely flexible building that can be easily adapted to suit a variety of tenant needs. We look forward to building on this success with further lettings."
