Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has let 6,945 m² of warehouse and office space at Jydekrogen 4, Vallensbæk, Denmark to leading food and household goods retailer, Irmatorvet A/S. The three-year lease was agreed on behalf of the Valad's European High Income Fund.
Irmatorvet, a subsidiary of the leading Danish retailer Coop Danmark A/S, will use the property as its distribution centre for online customers. Situated 15 km from Copenhagen in the logistics area of Vallensbæk, the warehouse provides vital transport links, offering easy access to the motorway. Irmatorvet will occupy the entire property.
Mikael Fogemann, Head of Asset Management for Valad in the Nordics, said: "We are delighted that Irmatorvet has chosen Jydekrogen 4 as its new distribution centre.
