Valad Europe, the multi-let real estate investment manager, has renewed a lease with Closed GmbH on 5,374 m² of warehouse and office space at Böttcherhof 1-1a, Hamburg-Billbrook.
Closed GmbH, a leading European fashion retailer, has renewed its lease on 4,966 m² of warehouse space and 408 m² of office space for a further five years.
Böttcherhof 1-1a is a well known 39,000 m² multi-let industrial property occupying a prime industrial location, close to the main port in the Billbrook area of Hamburg. The building has excellent transport links via the motorway to the rest of Germany.
Danilo Hunker, Valad Europe's Head of Asset Management in Germany, commented: "We are delighted that Closed GmbH has decided to extend its lease with us at Böttcherhof. This renewal follows a strong period of lettings activity for Valad in the Hamburg-Billbrook region and is an indicator of the continuing strong demand from tenants for suitable space in the region."
