Valad Europe appointed on 76,238 m² office portfolio (NL)

Valad Europe, the leading diversified real estate investment manager, has been appointed by Goldman Sachs, to manage the Chronos Portfolio, comprising 76,238 m² of office space, in the Netherlands.
Comprising 18 assets in 15 locations, the Chronos Portfolio is currently let to 84 tenants including the Dutch Police, Regus, UWV and MSC Rotterdam. The majority of the assets are located in the Randstad conurbation in the Netherlands, which includes four of the largest Dutch cities, being Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht.
The Chronos Portfolio comprises well known assets such as Kabelweg 21 in Amsterdam (14,000 m²), Westblaak 182 in Rotterdam (10,800 m²), Bijlmerdreef 101 in Amsterdam (5,500 m²), Boschdijk 131 in Eindhoven (4,000 m²), Markt 28 in Maastricht (3,000 m²) and several other smaller assets.
