Unibail-Rodamco to dispose of a €850 million portfolio of six shopping centers in France (NL/FR)

Unibail-Rodamco SE signs a definitive agreement with Wereldhave to dispose of a €850 million portfolio of six shopping centers in France.
Pursuant to the announcement made on October 16, 2014, and after consultation of the Group’s works-council, Unibail-Rodamco announces that it has signed a definitive agreement with Wereldhave to sell six of the Group’s shopping centers (Rivétoile, Docks 76, Saint Sever, Mériadeck - Passages Mériadeck, Côté Seine and Docks Vauban).
Terms of the transaction are as announced on October 16, 2014. Closing of the transaction is expected before the end of the year 2014 and is subject to customary conditions precedent, including approval by the shareholders of Wereldhave of the financing of the transaction.
