UBS Real Estate sold two office buildings in Frankfurt and Stuttgart (DE)

UBS Real Estate Investment Company Ltd. (UBS), headquartered in Munich has sold two office buildings in Frankfurt and Stuttgart to their open-ended fund UBS (D) Euroinvest Immobilien.
The property in Frankfurt am Main is located in the "City West" in the Franklinstr. 46-48 and has a floor space of around 14,000 m². The property was acquired in 2008. The main tenant is a well-known accounting firm. Purchaser of the property is a German insurance company.
The object in Stuttgart is located in the district Degerloch Löffelstr. 42, 44, 46, and comprises nearly 19,000 m². The plot is since 1999 in the inventory. In 2003, the object of UBS has been successfully developed and has as its main tenant is also a well-known accounting firm. The buyer is an investor based in Austria.
