Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Philip Prince and Catherine Stephens to its new Development & Planning Group. Under the leadership of William Jackson, the Group brings together the firm's development consultancy, planning, residential and public sector teams.
Philip joins as a partner from Lambert Smith Hampton and will focus on Cushman & Wakefield's growing public sector business, including the firm's recent four-year appointment as the London Borough of Ealing's estates management advisors.
Catherine joins as a Senior Planner from GVA Grimley, specializing in retail planning.
