Colliers International Hellas, the international property consultants, have announced two major appointments to their team.
Katerina Kalfamanoli joins as Director of Investments & Commercial Leasing. She joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was Senior Surveyor - Capital Markets. She was also previously Managing Director & Head of Agency at DTZ Greece. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from the American College of Greece and has over 10 years of experience in the Greek real estate market. She said, "I am absolutely delighted to be joining Colliers, not only do we now have the best team among all the international property consultants in Greece, but we are also poised to become the clear market leader."
Spyros Raptis also joins as Senior Advisor & Valuation Professional. He previously worked at Axies S.A. Lambert Smith Hampton as Senior Valuer and at Savills Hellas as Valuation Analyst. He holds a Degree in Engineering of Urban & Regional Planning & Development and two Master of Science Degrees in Real Estate and Regional Science from the University of Reading in U.K. He has long experience in valuations, real estate consulting, valuation auditing, organisation & strategic management of real estate portfolios and urban planning studies. Also, he has the title MRICS. Spyros added, "Colliers is well known in Greece not only for its dynamic international network but also for its excellent services and I am greatly looking forward to working with such a great team."
