During the annual Troostwijk Vastgoed Symposium, that took place yesterday in the prestigious Kurhaus Hotel in Scheveningen, Holland, ING Real Estate has been named Dutch Property Investor of the year 2006. ING Real Estate Investment Management's CEO Pieter Hendrikse received the award, the Gouden Baksteen (Golden Brickstone), from Marijn Snijders, Managing Director of Troostwijk Makelaars.

According to Hendrikse winning the award is a token of appreciation for all the employees of ING REIM, who continuously strive for the best investment performance for their clients.
This year, Troostwijk Makelaars drew up it's 15th edition of the annual academic report about real estate investment management at institutional investors and real estate funds, as well as the conclusions of 15 years of research.
