TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (TRIUVA) has acquired the “Hamburg Two Towers”, the future headquarters of Commerzbank in Hamburg, as part of a share deal. The seller of the core property at Lübeckertordamm is a subsidiary of Orion European Real Estate Fund IV, C.V., which is sponsored by Orion Capital Managers.

The “Hamburg Two Towers” in the St. Georg district were built in 2005 and offer a total area of around 20,0000m². The office building has 19 floors in total and is currently being comprehensively renovated; Commerzbank Hamburg will be moving into the entire space at the end of the year. The property is distinguished by its high workplace quality. It boasts excellent public transport connections thanks to its central location.

“Demand among our investors for attractive property investments in Germany remains high. We are therefore delighted to have secured this attractive core property for our investors,” concluded Heiko Süß, Head of Fund Management at TRIUVA. Before Commerzbank, the property was the German headquarters of the electronics group Philips.
