Triuva acquires Milan office building for €49m (IT)

TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (TRIUVA) has acquired an office property in Milan, Italy for an individual mandate it manages. The price of the property was €49m. The seller is a real estate fund managed by Generali Real Estate SGR SPA. The property is leased on a long-term basis to the staffing consultants GI Group, which uses the office building as corporate headquarters.

 

The 12-storey property comprises a gross floor area of 16,000m² and provides great visibility into the CBD of the metropolis in close proximity to the main railway station. Divided into two separate blocks, the property also features 77 car parking spaces. The property was built in 1958 and underwent comprehensive structural renovation in 2009.

 

Legal consultant for the transaction was DLA Piper. The due diligence consultants were Cushman & Wakefield and Habitec.
