Tishman Speyer sells Düsseldorf landmark to Metrovacesa (DE/UK/ES)

Tishman Speyer has sold Deutsche Bank Carrée, located on Düsseldorf's Königsallee, to the Spanish real estate group, Metrovacesa S.A, for an undisclosed amount.

Tishman Speyer acquired Deutsche Bank Carrée in 2005, following which the complex was thoroughly refurbished and fully leased. The development consists of seven connected buildings with an approx. 140-meter frontage on Königsallee. The property has a rentable area of approx. 54,000 m² in total, 70% of which is leased to Deutsche Bank AG. Other tenants include Eurohypo AG, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BB-Bank, and Lang & Schwarz Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
