Tishman Speyer has named two senior in-house executives with longterm experience to reinforce its management team in Germany. The new appointees are Sebastiano Ferrante and Dr. Markus Wiedenmann, who will be in charge of business in Germany together with present Regional Director Florian Reiff.
Reiff, who has been working for the company for 10 years now, will continue to be in charge of Asset Management. Ferrante has been working for the company since 2007 as Head of Acquisition. Wiedenmann has been in charge of Project Development, including OpernTurm in Frankfurt am Main, during his six years with Tishman Speyer.
Stefan H. Brendgen, the present spokesman of the management, will leave the company at the end of the year to go to Allianz Immobilien GmbH.
