Tishman Speyer has acquired the JUNGHOF building in Frankfurt's CBD for its Tishman Speyer European Core Fund. The Seller is Helaba which developed the building in 2003 and is also providing the initial financing for this property.
The JUNGHOF building comprises about 23,500 m² in the heart of Frankfurt's business district. The property combines historical and contemporary structural aspects with advanced building technology. Earlier this year JUNGHOF was awarded the LEED Gold for its commendable energy consumption.
