Catella Property Group provides services within three different business areas: Property Advisory (mainly corporate finance, transactions and valuation services), Property Asset Management and Property Fund Management.
In order to strengthen the groups asset management services Timo Nurminen has been appointed CEO and Head of Catella Property Group's growing business area of property asset management, branded Amplion Asset Management. Timo Nurminen is presently CEO of Catella Property Group's Finnish business, Catella Property Oy. Timo Nurminen will start his new assignment as of the first of January 2009.
