Europa Capital is pleased to announce that Tim Turnbull, previously the Chief Investment Officer at Hermes Real Estate, has joined its management team with responsibility to expand Europa's fund relationships.
Turnbull joined Hermes in 2005 and was also a director of two operating businesses, MEPC and Argent, and member of Brockton Capital Fund 1 investment committee. Prior to this, Tim was at Aberdeen Property Investors, where he was responsible for Barclays Life and subsequently ADIA's UK real estate portfolios.
Noel Manns, Principal at Europa Capital commented, "We are delighted that Tim has joined Europa Capital. He brings with him a high level of fund management and real estate experience, and will be an important member of the team."
Turnbull commented, "I am excited to have joined Europa Capital at such a dynamic time for the business. The combination of Europa's strong track record, country partner relationships, financial backing by The Rockefeller Group and the current uncertainties within the financial markets across Europe present fantastic opportunities and I look forward to building on its recent successes".
