Europa Capital is pleased to announce that Tim Turnbull, previously the Chief Investment Officer at Hermes Real Estate, has joined its management team with responsibility to expand Europa's fund relationships.
Turnbull joined Hermes in 2005 and was also a director of two operating businesses, MEPC and Argent, and member of Brockton Capital Fund 1 investment committee. Prior to this, Tim was at Aberdeen Property Investors, where he was responsible for Barclays Life and subsequently ADIA's UK real estate portfolios.
